India's Full Badminton Contingent for Asian Games 2026: 20 Players and Historic Ambitions

The Badminton Association of India (BAI) has announced a 20-player squad for the 20th Asian Games, held from September 19 to October 4, 2026, in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. This is India's most complete contingent at an Asian Games, covering all five disciplines: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. The squad is headlined by two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu and the historic men's doubles pair Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, who won India's first badminton gold at the Asian Games 2026 in Hangzhou.
